Intro

Welcome to my new foodie and such blog!  At the urging of good friends, I've decided to join blog space!  Some things have to change no matter how much we try to resist!  I hate to admit that I'm still a big fan of snail mail and paper -- I love that personal touch!  Please be patient as I juggle family, friends and career as I attempt to post on a regular basis.  I look forward to sharing the Asian-Caribbean foodie influences in my life with you.  Blessings!
